Bold brushstrokes form a kaleidoscope of contrasting colors, with shades of dark and light that reflect the illusions she used to cling to, like shards of broken glass. Her eyes are open, unflinching, staring straight ahead as if she sees through the lies that other’s once fed her, and even the ones she once told herself. This painting is raw and real, capturing her clarity. It’s about awakening, peeling back layers, and confronting the truths that hurt but ultimately set her free.

I am an artist located in Brisbane Australia, I use abstract realism and mixed media techniques to explore themes of beauty, courage, empowerment, and self-discovery.
Im here to support and guide you on your transformative journey of healing and self discovery. The purpose of my artwork is to empower you to embrace your true essence, cultivate unconditional love and acceptance for yourself and unlock your full potential.

Creating the life I deserve
There are moments in life when you will be told something beyond value
When I was in the end stages of my abusive relationship I was once told that despite what these romantic fairytale movies try to convince you….
“You don’t become one with the person you love, you have your life they have their’s and you share these two lives to form your life together”
This stuck in my heart as I had sacrificed my life to just be a pawn in his, my identity was his spouse, mother to my children.
After I was freed from this relationship I realised just how much of a life I didn’t have, I didn’t really know who I was, what I liked, where my boundaries were meant to be laid. Who I was if I wasn’t a spouse or a mother.
I spent many of the following years trying to fill this void with the acceptance and validation of outside sources, trying so hard to prove my ex wrong when he said the words “No-one will want you, especially with children”.
Until I realised I am the only one that could fill that emptiness inside of me, it didn’t matter if anyone else wanted me.

Why I created the “Enough” collection.
After many years of trying to change who I was to fit a mould that felt like it was made for someone else, I have finally found the “right fit”. Enough is a collection born of drawing the line in the sand and saying “no more” to the negative forces of society that constantly tell us we aren’t enough, haven’t done enough or aren’t worthy the way that we are.
For over a decade of my life I was involved a violent relationship that destroyed my self-worth, the unfair judgements I received from people close to me following the ending of this relationship took a toll for many years, decades afterward.
This collection was more than just paint on canvas it was personal, my tribute to myself for not only enduring the pain and torment that I did but for the strength and courage I found within myself to move forward every day and build the life I deserved.
I am so blessed that many pieces in this collection have found forever homes and inspire the hearts of those that have collected them.
